OUR SHOP
One Percent Styles was originally created in 2017. With it just being an idea, it grew into fruition just a few years later . We opened our doors in 2020 and have continued growing since. We hold a very high standard for ourselves individually and as a collective group. While still working to improve what we offer, we are passionate and determined.. We truly care about the individuals who sit in our chair. Our top priority will always be how our client feels. We recognize the expectation and standards have fallen. We have obligated ourselves to raise that for all of our patron.

OWNER & BARBER
CHANDLER TRUETT
Chandler, a Jacksonville native raised in Orlando, brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to the community. With professional training from Paul Mitchell the School Orlando, he has been honing his craft since 2018. His journey began with an opportunity from a friend, leading to a profound passion for helping people feel their best. Previously working at RevampUCF, he built a loyal clientele, paving the way to start his own shop. Known for providing a relaxing and refreshing experience, Chandler is dedicated to personalized service, ensuring every haircut is tailored to the individual's hair texture, head shape, and bone structure.

Outside the shop, Chandler enjoys music, photography, and cultivating his garden, bringing a touch of creativity and tranquility to his life. He and his wife enjoy road tripping and taking adventures together. Committed to continuous learning, he regularly attends and hosts educational sessions, staying updated on the latest styles and techniques. Available from Wednesday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm, he looks forward to offering you an exceptional barbering experience, where every visit is an opportunity to feel refreshed and recharged.
BARBER
JAKE DELANEY
Jake, from West Palm Beach, brings 9 years of personal & 6 years of professional barbering experience to our shop. Trained at Paul Mitchell the School Orlando and further skilled through the various cutting courses. Jake has worked at Mr. B's Grooming Lounge, Revamp @ UCF and is now home at One Percent Styles. He values the freedom and creativity barbering offers, aiming to provide styles that best complement his clients' personalities.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys playing in various sports leagues, including flag football, ice hockey, basketball, and softball. He prefers developing his own unique styles by mastering the basics and then innovating to his liking. Jake's straightforward approach focuses on individual expression and tailored cuts. He is available Monday and Tuesday from 12pm to 8pm, and Wednesday through Saturday from 9am to 8pm.

Dylan Miller
My name is Dylan Miller—some know me as Dilly—and I’m a licensed barber based in Longwood, FL with over three years of experience behind the chair. I trained at Paul Mitchell the School Orlando and specialize in fades, tapers, classic cuts, mullets, and beard sculpting.
What I love most about barbering is the opportunity to meet new people, build real connections, and have meaningful conversations every day. I’m passionate about creating more than just a clean cut—I aim to deliver a personalized experience. My attention to detail and commitment to going the extra mile help my clients feel seen, appreciated, and confident when they leave my chair.
I was drawn to this barbershop because of the atmosphere and the culture—it’s focused on providing an elevated experience, and the passion of the team pushes me to keep growing in my craft.
Outside the shop, I’m into anime, Star Wars, Pokémon, and video games. My music taste depends on the day—whatever fits the vibe, I’m playing it.
